You can’t keep the Devil from suggesting thoughts, but you can choose not to dwell or act on them.
The urge for masturbating will always come once in a while but it’s you who will stand firm and resist it. The Bible said
James 4:7 NLT
7 So humble yourselves before God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.
You are the one to resist the devil and not Jesus Christ, you can resist in His name but He won’t come down to earth to resist the devil on your behalf.
One of the keys to breaking out of any addiction is DISCIPLINE. After casting the demon out if there was any, learn to discipline yourself. That was why Jesus gave us the Spirit of Discipline.
Apart from masturbation, every other addiction can be destroyed through deliverance and discipline.
